We will view and discuss the Rita Pollack and Cathy Heenan video entitled "Coach Conducts Initial Interview with Collaborative Client”

  • The purpose of this video is to demonstrate the many ways that the coach engages a new client. The coach educates the client about the coach’s role and helps the client identify what might contribute to getting stuck during the process.
